The Management Committee 

A management committee meeting is held on the second Monday of each month and any questions, concerns, complaints, etc. can be given to any member of the committee where they will be addressed. Aswell as Swimmer registration fees, anyone can become a voting member of the club by paying a non-swimming registration fee to the A.S.A.

There is an annual general meeting, normally at the start of the year where all parents are welcome to attend. Details of which will be posted on the club noticeboard and on the website.

We hold an internal club gala in December with the presentation evening early in the new year.

Fee Information 2012

Annual club membership:

Family £30 / Single £20 is payable upon joining the club along with the ASA's annual registration fee (see below).

Monthly subscriptions (below) are by standing order only and cover all twelve months of the calendar year ( standing order forms can be obtained from the club treasurer or membership secretary).

Frogs £15.00 monthly
Dolphins £15.00 monthly

SD4 £15.00 monthly
SD3 £20.00 monthly
SD2 £20.00 monthly
SD1 £31.00 monthly
B3 £45.00 monthly
B2 £47.00 monthly

A.S.A Fees

ASA Registration Fees are collected with the annual membership fee, or upon joining the club. These fees are compulsory, set by the ASA and given in full to the ASA. They are subject to change by the Amateur Swimming Association. The fees are insurance costs to cover your child whilst they are part of this club and the ASA.
 

Category 1 Members = £6.75
Category 2 Members = £22.00
Category 3 Member = £4.00

All of the above fees are subject to change The costs are controlled by the ASA per capita fee over which Chester-le-street ASC has no control.
