Please find below links to some important information which you will need to read carefully. You can print off the documents and keep for future reference. We hope that this information pack will provide very useful information, especially if you are a new to a competitive swimming club. You and your parents are being asked to study the programme very carefully and sign the terms and conditions, indicating your commitment to your representation in the appropriate group/squad, acceptance of the Code of Conduct and Rules of the club. Friday night is our club night. Please visit our notice board web page for up and comming social events.
A committee meeting is held on the second Monday of each month and any questions, concerns, complaints, suggestions etc, can be given to any member of the committee, where these will be addressed. A suggestion box is also available in the foyer at the pool. As well as Swimmer registration fees, anyone can become a voting member of the club by paying a non-swimming registration fee to the A.S.A.
There is an annual general meeting, normally in February or March, where all parents are welcome to attend. Details will be posted on the club noticeboard in the foyer and on the club web site.
We hold an internal Christmas Gala in December and a Presentation night in January.
